The staff is always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable at both locations and very hospitable for a tea or coffee, fruit flavored water perhaps a small snack. The reception is very helpful with finding your points or how to get signed up for bonuses. And the clinicians are good listeners and straightforward about treatment goals and expectations.

I had such a pleasant visit. I went in for botox and Alison was amazing. She took the time out to go over everything and wasn’t pushy or tried to upsell me. The office was gorgeous. I look forward to becoming a regular customer. Thanks for the great customer service.

I walked in looking like a basset hound with big bags under my eyes and marionette lines. It had been a long time since I had any filter done so I was in desperate need. And to top it off, ZERO bruising! I had SIX vials and no bruising. The results are perfect.

Emily Corzatt, Nurse Practitioner, was very astute in recommending that I double check with my primary dermatologist about a questionable spot on my cheek, before we pursued BBL treatment. She was absolutely correct! A subsequent biopsy of revealed Melanoma, stage 1. I just had 2 surgeries at OSU James, including 6 hours of facial reconstruction and a hospitalization. Certainly no fun, but it was Emily's intuition that caught this early on! It could have been worse!
