Being bilingual in Spanish and English also allows me to support our Hispanic patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable at both locations and very hospitable for a tea or coffee, fruit flavored water perhaps a small snack. The reception is very helpful with finding your points or how to get signed up for bonuses. And the clinicians are good listeners and straightforward about treatment goals and expectations.
Mary is great! She welcomed me when I came in the door and made sure I was good to go for my appointment. She’s the only one that speaks Spanish and she’s super friendly. I definitely will come back because the whole team is welcoming.
