The staff is always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable at both locations and very hospitable for a tea or coffee, fruit flavored water perhaps a small snack. The reception is very helpful with finding your points or how to get signed up for bonuses. And the clinicians are good listeners and straightforward about treatment goals and expectations.

Jenny was awesome! Very knowledgeable about facial structure. I was a little tense at first. It was my first visit. Jenny was so pretty I thought she was going to be a little stuffy. She was adorable! Helped me navigate the apps for extra discounts. Drum roll... best Botox Ive ever gotten! She's my girl now! Thank you Jenny! Office was beautiful and so clean.

Alison is the best injector! I have had problems with Botox causing sagging in my inner eye area. Not only was she able to correct that she used Botox to raise my eyes in a subtle way. Alison also does my filler and it’s perfectly natural. I’ve never trusted anyone more!!

I love working with the providers here. Auri is always willing to answer my questions and will tell me if a service is a bad idea instead of trying to upsell me on things I don't need.

Consult was fantastic, and detailed! The amount of time Hannah took was just patient, and explained how diff parts of your face require more intense injections than others.Then Dr. Anne. Was gentle, conversational, kind, honest and open. This is the best experience I've ever had and I used to go to Gramercy Park NYC. Don't go elsewhere, these ladies know what they are doing with class, care, and kindness!

Staff is extremely friendly and my wonderful technician explained every single process along the way she also discussed the cost of everything so there were no surprises.

Emily Corzatt, Nurse Practitioner, was very astute in recommending that I double check with my primary dermatologist about a questionable spot on my cheek, before we pursued BBL treatment. She was absolutely correct! A subsequent biopsy of revealed Melanoma, stage 1. I just had 2 surgeries at OSU James, including 6 hours of facial reconstruction and a hospitalization. Certainly no fun, but it was Emily's intuition that caught this early on! It could have been worse!

Great staff! Friendly, caring and really want your experience to be special. My provider Jenny was awesome. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision for treatment. Already referred a friend. Laura at the front desk made you feel welcome from the time you walked in the door. I will definitely go back!

It was finally time for me to start taking care of my skin at my age so Leigha took care of everything for me and has me on a great face routine that has made a huge difference in my skin and overall appearance! Ashley Fennell was wonderful. She’s very gentle and I always have very little to no bruising at all with injections.

I walked in looking like a basset hound with big bags under my eyes and marionette lines. It had been a long time since I had any filter done so I was in desperate need. I was a little nervous because in the past it had always been a painful experience. Dr. Anne was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure I had no discomfort. Best experience I have ever had. And to top it off, ZERO bruising! I had SIX vials and no bruising. The results are perfect.

I am so pleased with my results from Dysport and Kysse. Ashley took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. I originally went in just for Dysport, but she was kind enough to take some extra time to do my lips. I will definitely be back to see her in the future. My Dysport and lips are perfect!
