The staff is always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable at both locations and very hospitable for a tea or coffee, fruit flavored water perhaps a small snack. The reception is very helpful with finding your points or how to get signed up for bonuses. And the clinicians are good listeners and straightforward about treatment goals and expectations.

I've been going to AT in Gahanna for about 5 years now and I love what they have done for my skin!
