BBL (Broadband Light) Therapy = Be Beautiful Longer

What if there was a treatment that could slow down the aging clock and keep you forever young? Scientific evidence demonstrates regular maintenance treatments using BBL functionally rejuvenates skin and delays skin aging.

What is BBL?

BBL stands for Broadband Light – a light energy technology that allows Dr. Anne to precisely treat a broad range of condition caused by skin aging and sun exposure. BBL can erase skin spots, blemishes, broken blood vessels, Rosacea and redness without surgery or downtime.

How does it work?

The heat that BBL generates destroys excessive pigment or hemoglobin and also causes collagen development in the dermis resulting in visible improvement to aging, sagging skin. The number of treatments to produce the desired results varies from 2 to 5 treatments and regular annual treatments delays skin aging.

How is it different from IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)?

Similar to IPL, BBL produces a light within the visible spectrum to the infrared spectrum. Most IPLs usually range tween 400 nm and 1100 nm, whereas BBL encompasses a broader wavelength spectrum and can range from 500 nm to 2000 nm. Both IPL and BBL address a similar range of cosmetic concerns.

What areas of the body can be treated?

Areas exposed to the sun’s damaging effects — face, neck, back of the hands, chest and shoulders – are the most commonly treated.

How long is the recovery period?

This gentle, non-invasive procedure has virtually no downtime. Patients can immediately apply makeup and return to work or other activities right away.
